Manya Mehra

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Winona State University. My experience includes working with children with developmental disorders as well as adults with a variety of mental health disorders through case management and crisis services.

My therapeutic interest in approach is primarily with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
