I specialize in working with children birth through age 12, parents, and caregivers. As a mom of four myself, I understand that life can be filled with unexpected moments. I strive to create a safe and brave space to share experiences, to be heard and to be validated. My approach is to join you on your journey and work together to set the goals for therapy.
My background includes over a decade working in early childhood development and mental health. I am endorsed by the Alliance for The Advancement of Infant Mental Health as an Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist ®. I have extensive training in DC: 0-5-a diagnostic classification of mental health and development disorders of infancy and early childhood, play therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
